Gmail

So I spent some time playing around with it. It wouldn't actually work on my old IE 5.0 browser so I had to dl IE 6.0. Finding the dl link on the microsoft site was a feat in itself. Seriously, those people need to learn to make things CLEAR and organized. It took me a good 10 minutes to find the little blue underlined link that wasn't really clear. So I got that done and dl-ed. After about 20 min of restarting my comp, installing, restarting and then system updates, I finally got into Gmail. Except it took about 5 minutes to load due to the fact my computer licks. So I don't really know how the whole checking the email thing is going to happen over the summer. It's going to be a long drawn out process. But hey..

I hung out uptown with Sticky, Ryan and Dan this evening for a couple hours. That was different. I dunno it was different. I've never actually been around people smoking up and stuff, so that was kinda new. It's not something I really intend on making a habit out of, just because it seems rather dumb to just sit around and smoke up for the hell of it. Yes I realize sitting around and drinking is pretty much the same and it's rather hypocritical but...whatever. I don't understand how they can do that every weekend or night in some cases. I'm kinda glad I never really got into the whole drug scene. I have better things to do than just sit around and smoke pot. I enjoyed hanging out with Sticky and wandering with him. He ended up walking home with me which was cool. We talked about alot of stuff that I haven't really talked about with people for a while. I miss having conversations like that. I used to talk with Steve alot but I don't really know what happened to that. I really wish there were more occasions where I could just walk and talk with people. I really enjoy that.
